Onward with the Build from Hell!
Second build of the motor seems to be doing fine....except what ever did the first set of pistons in also did in the turbo, just later. It started blowing oil smoke on decal.

Rob's approach to removing the turbo (given how tight things are back there with the BMF intake) is remove the drive line. Good thing he did. Pulled the drivers side axle and discovered this:

Sigh. That resulted in pulling the diff

First time Rob, Warren Stramer, and my trans guy have seen that kind of breakage. It hasn't been to the track. Hasn't been abused.

Shipped the replacement diff parts to Rob this morning. Shout out to Murray at All-O-Matic. He had the parts on hand sitting on a shelf. Sadly, these parts are all destined for recycling as they are just taking up space. No call for them anymore.
